dotnet component services : FileSystemWatcher

Not sure if this is the right room but has anyone found a good fix to work
with the FileSystemWatcher raising multiple events for the Changed event?

yes, i think,
I do ignore the event if it comes (for the same file) after less than one
second after the one before
