Select Tools (from the menu) ->Accounts->Add->News. This will get your the
wizard to add a new News account. The prompts should be pretty
self-explanatory. The news server you want is msnews.microsoft.com.
Once you have the account set up, you should be prompted to download the
groups list. Select the ones that interest you, and voila!
