Or, contact your local educational institutions and see if they can order it
for you, or have contact information for Microsoft or a local vendor. Here
in the US, I have always had to obtain academic software through a college
bookstore or from an internet vendor. Local brick-and-mortar stores don't
carry the academic editions.
