I need to create a new user with administrator permission, using command prompt. When i add the user using "net user / add", the user have "limited account". So i try to add with the command "net group administrators user / add", but the shown message is: "This command can be used only on a window domain controller".
If i use the "modifier / domain" i obtain the error: "System Error 1355". Im working with Win XP.
How can i solve the problem?

Not trying to shoo you away from this .NET group, but you'll find what you
need much more quickly in a windowsxp group. I suggest:

microsoft.public.windowsxp.security_admin
