dotnet academic: Hi,

My vb.net app is attempting to start a windows service and the message
"Access is Denied" is triggered. Can someone please tell me a few things
that I can look at to resolve this problem? I've looked at a few things
already but am having no luck.

As *very* general guidance, look at security/permissions settings. To get
better answers, please provide more information. For example, is it a
Windows or a web app? Is the service on the local PC? What, exactly, have
you looked at so responders don't revisit old ground?
