dotnet academic : Why the taskbar clock is 1 hour faster than my time-zone ?

I m using Windows XP media center PC. I am having a problem with my
clock...as it is giving me wrong time...one hour extra than my time-zone...I
had tried to update it with both the servers...But it always fails..i have
also checked if the clock service is started or not...It is started...So, why
is this happening ? And btw, I dont want 2 manually change it ! What should I

Sounds like the DST change was applied twice. This can happen on dual boot
PC's

right click system clock..click adjust dat/time...the internet time..thr u
will find to servers which can sync ur clock on the net..got it...so pls help
me out !
