Unable to logon to Dell Inspiron Laptop with Vista Operating Syste -- dotnet academic

Every time I try to logon I get this reply:
"The user profile Service service failed Logon, user profile cannot be
loaded"

I dont know if I have a virus or 1 year online service finished resulting in
this problem...Original owner was under warranty and I installed my logon
password

Have you tried Dell technical support? If not, I suggest you call them.
Otherwise, please find a Vista group to post in.

First, you need to find an applicable discussion group for your question.
This is a .NET programming group.

As you appear to be using a web interface, start here:

http://www.microsoft.com/communities/newsgroups/en-us/default.aspx

Click the + beside your language. then scroll down to Windows. In Windows,
open the Windows Vista category, then find a group there to post in.
