Why is My Computer running Slow after Formatting it? Can anyone tell me why
this would be happening?

By "formatting it" do you mean a full format of the OS partition, then
reinstalling your OS? BTW, which OS are we talking about? What do you mean
by "Slow"? If you did reinstall the OS, did you connect to the internet
before installing your AV software, and have you done complete antivirus and
anti-malware scans after updating that software? After you reinstalled the
OS, did you reinstall all the necessary motherboard and peripheral drivers?

If you provide a more detailed description of the process and your
hardware/software environment, you'll get better answers.
