I am using Windows Vista Ultimate with SP1. I have installed Visual C# =
2008 Express Edition. It came with MSDN Express Library. So I downloaded =
the complete MSDN LIbrary 2008 iso from Microsoft Website. But when I =
try to run Setup.exe for the library, it crashes with the following =
error :=20

A couple of possibilities...
If you have not done so already, try copying the files from optical =
media to your hard drive, then install from the HD.
Did you check the SHA-1 of the download to ensure it's not corrupt?
At what point does the failure occur? Is it after all the files have =
been copied and the installer is attempting to merge the help with VS? =
If so, did the ISO you downloaded say it's compatible with Express =
