Did u get the screen shots i've sent.

Yes I did. I've been looking at them and it's obvious that one image has
been dithered and is no longer a true grayscale. This is probably because
somehow, the original optimized palette has been replaced by a spread
palette.

Let me look at these for a bit. I'll get back to you.
