please help, losing sanity!! System.Drawing.Imaging......quality -- dotnet drawing api

Trying to convert images (bmp, jpg, gif....) to JPG.

I've gotten so far as to open image saving it to jpg, but I want to set
encoding quality. I can't find a good example in VB.NET. Could someone
please help me with this??
