I am building a GUI that allows the user to move controls around at runtime.
At present the can only move controls derived from a base class MyContatiner.
These containers are higher level controls that contain the basic windows
controls. I want to draw a border around the container and then have it
render properly as the container moves as the user moves the mouse. Currently
it flickers and draws in two locations. Has anyone done anything like this
before that might be able to shed some light on what to do? Thanks
