You can try Nevron Chart for .NET: http://www.nevron.com
We are using the Nevron .net charting component for some time now and
it has proven to be very powerful and flexible tool. The latest version
doesn't include VB.NET examples but I think that they may be included
in one of the next releases. So far Nevron Chart has delivered more
than we have expected and I think that you will be able to create the
most sophisticated statistical graphs.

The Nevron Chart for .NET includes both WinForms and WebForms (ASP.NET)
so you can develop win and web applications. The evaluation is free and
fully featured.

There are also other charting components for .net (take a look at:
http://asp.net/ControlGallery/default.aspx?Category=1&tabindex=2) but
from my evaluation experience Nevron surpasses them with their
programming interface, speed, design, quality of documentation, visual
appearance and flexible licensing.
