dotnet interop : PIA for ASP/IIS 4.0?

I am looking at the possibility of using intrinsic ASP
objects in a .NET component.

I don't think so. You can run ASP and ASP.NET side-by-side, but
otherwise they share nothing. Of course, you can also connect both to
ActiveX DLLs.
