dotnet interop : Re: Use Native COM Servers with CRCWs

This article and the other 3 related ones (about TLBIMP) have lost me. In
this explanation, I don't need to generate another assembly from quartz.dll,
but I do need a type library, which I believe is quartz.tlb in this case.
How do I create quartz.tlb? I can't find any info on that.

After some more searching I found that I can use OLEVIEW which comes with the
VC++ PlatformSDK, create an IDL file of quartz.dll, then convert it to a TLB

Or you could use a library that has already done this, such as
