I have upgraded to Framework 1.1 and I thought that
Microsoft.Data.Odbc had been replaced by
System.Data.Odbc, but I cannot access it (no Odbc popping
up when I write System.Data. in VS).

Should I still use Microsoft.Data.Odbc?

Are you using VS.NET 2003? Remember VS.NET 2002 does not support Framework
1.1, you need to use VS.NET 2003.

Do you have a reference to the 1.1.4322 version of the System.Data.dll?
Check the runtime version in the properties window when you select the
System.Data assembly in the solution explorer.

No I would use System.Data.Odbc with the 1.1 version of the Framework.
