I upgraded to VS 2003 which I thought should have installed the complete
v1.1 framework BUT I cannot find system.data.odbc.dll. I need to create a
reference to it. Anyone have a suggestion about where I can get this file?

I don't think an *file* called "system.data.odbc.dll" exists.

The contents of the "System.Data.Odbc" *Namespace* are found in the
assembly / file "System.Data.dll". At least a quick look at
System.Data.dll using reflection shows many (if not all)
System.Data.Odbc types are there.
