Apart from tuning tools/wizards offered within MS SQLSERVER, are there any good third party tools for SQL tuning in SQLSERVER

There really isn't much to tune, it's all gonna come down to your database
design and sql statements. If they're not efficient no tool will help you.
And for tuning your queries sql analyzer is just fine, just turn on
execution plan and go through it and see if you can do without nested
queries running in a loop, table scans and index scans.
