I assume that you mean the counters themselves are visible but not the
values.
Please make sure that the process instance you want to view the counters for
is running at the time you are viewing the counters. Otherwise, they couter
values will appear as "--" (double-dash).
Also, you have to make sure that the "smlogsvc.exe" Windows service (listed
under
Performance Logs and Alerts in the Services applet) is running under an
account with Admin priveliges. Note that this service defaults to run under
the "NT AUTHORITY\NetworkService" account. If you change this service to run
under "Local System", or any other Admin account, it should work fine.
