Well i only buy the "original" books from MS Press ( as all the others
turned out to be a waste of monney )

And i just bought DISTRIBUTED APPLICATIONS : integrating XML web services
and .Net remoting

wich i found to be a valuable reference untill sofar

ISBN 0-7356-1933-6

http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/0735619336/qid%3D1107027400/sr%3D11-1/ref%3Dsr%5F11%5F1/104-8306313-4324750?v=glance&s=books

you can peek inside the book at the above URL from Amazon and see if it fits
your needs ( i can only inmagine it does not if you have lots of experience
with remoting and want to do some low level stuff wich this book does not
cover like making your own custom channel sinks etc etc )

Happy remoting ;-)

Ingo Rammer book on .net remoting "Advanced .NET remoting" is very good
(APress, not Microsoft Press); I will say that it is the best on .net
remoting. The original book is in C#, but a VB.NET edition is also
available. The ".NET Remoting" from MsPress is also very good.

There are also other very good publishers, beside MsPress. My favourite is
Addison Wesley :). The Microsoft .NET Development Series is great.
