dotnet remoting : (404) Not Found.

I have created a remoting component on a Win2K server using IIS 5.0 and can
connect to the component. However when I move the component to a Win2003

do you turned on asp.net? if you use it? (need to be done in iis 6)
and what remoting system you use? http?
is it both windows forms?
