Where can i get the Micrisoft platform SDK which supports AMD64 processer.

The February 2003 supports development in intel 64 bit processer but not
AMD64.
I have been told that I require october 2003 version, but i am not able to

The next public release of the PSDK will ship with Windows Server 2003
SP1--sometime in 2005 (don't ask me to be more specific than that please).
It will contain support for AMD64 processor.

If you are already on that beta program or an MSDN subscriber you may be
able to download the latest pre-release of the PSDK for WinSrv 2K3 SP1.
