OK. I just followed John Paul's answer in 'Where to find sn.exe in VS.NET',
and the key was created. So... Thank you John!
BUT, that doesn't stop not being able to create a key from the regular cmd
window from begin ridiculous.
In any case, I'm mostly just glad it worked.
