After reading a bunch am I right in assuming that the 2.0 Framework (beta) is
not compatable with Visual Studio 2003? The framework assigned in VS2003 is
1.1.

This is in reference that I wanted to use the new ProcessInfoclass with the
very nice User/Password access to processes. Other then that all I can find
is the Windows API CreateProcessWithLogonW

anyone have any better ideas? I only have Visual Studio 2003 and no plans

Right, you really want VS2005 if you want to target v2.0 of the
framework.
