"Run As" to set a HKLM registry key?

Hi; Under Vista you need to be an admin to set a registry key in the HKLM (which makes sense). We need to set one key once so I would like to prompt for an admin login at that time to make that one call. What is the best way to do this? Is there a way in Vista to just ask to be elevated...more >>

I can download the install stub (or start to run directly), but the installation bails out very early with the following popup: SDKSetup encountered an error: 0 is not a valid value for Int64.
