Is there any way to intergrate the .net 1.1 framework
into windows XP installation CD

With Windows XP SP2 (soon to have a Beta release - no definite dates yet)
the plan is to have .NET Frameworks 1.1 + SP1 be able to install as an
optional component, much like .NET Frameworks 1.0 + SP2 is on Windows XP
SP1.
