please add the following regkey
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\Installer]
"Logging"="voicewarmup"
"Debug"=dword:00000003
then start installing.This will create a msi log file in the %Temp%
folder.
