Please make sure you have MDAC 2.7 installed. It is a prerequisite and is
available from Microsoft.com

Hi Nick,
I saw that your NT machine has SP6. Could you please try to install SP6a?
Do/Did you have any other .Framework (1.0, 1.0 beta, or 1.1 beta) on that
machine?
