Creating subdirectories to CSIDL_COMMON

Hello!

I have an application that uses CSIDL_COMMON_DOCUMENTS\<Application Name>
for documents that all users shall have access to. I think that this is the
directory for this!?

During the install I need to create this directory, but I can't find any
System Folder Property for CSIDL_COMMON_DOCUMENTS

So How do I create this directory??
