dotnet setup: First the editorial: you shouldn't do it. Add/Remove Programs is the place
for all this kind of thing, including uninstalling. adding/removing
features, doing a repair, removing patches. Some logo programs tell you not
to clutter up the start menu with all this kind of duplicated stuff. An
uninstall shortcut is very 1994 ;=)
You'll need to add a shortcut that calls msiexec /x {your product code Guid}
and users expect uninstalls to be minimal UI, so adding /qb at the end will
make it look like other uninstalls.
