dotnet setup:

Hi,

I need to be able to create a user account and a user group on a target
machine. Could anyone please explain how to do that or refer me to an
example or reference on the web. I found a "Using a custom action to create
user accounts on loacl computer" on MSDN but could't understand much.

Any help will be greatly appreciated,

You might get more help in a kernel Win32 group because AFAIK there is no
framework support for this. C++ example here:
