What happend to the Bootstrapper for VS 2005?

dotnet setup:

I just read the MSDN article about the VS 2005 bootstrapper. The article
mentioned its a file called setup.exe - but where can I find it? Or has
the bootstrapper been integrated into the IDE?

Right click the project in Solution Explorer->Properties, then use the
Prerequisites button.
