As Subject!

This is not the purpose of the Subject line...

What exactly are you doing and what is the behavior you have ?

If you meant you use the "offline mode" in your browser you can see cached
page. Of course you won't able to browse on pages not already browsed or to
submit new information to the site and have new responses while you say in
offline mode. A web site could also disable caching in wich case you can't
even browse previously browsed pages. So this behavior looks expected to me.

If you mean the server side application is in offline mode, you should then
just see a message saying that the application is under maintenance...
