I been trying to use WSE 2.0 SP2 Quickstart sample
"SecureConvPolicyClient" and "SecureConvPolicyService" but been having
no luck.
I keep on getting the error message:

Server unavailable, please try later.

I ran the "Basic Stock Service and Cleint" with no problem
StockService, StockServiceClient

Is there any more detailed setup instructions for these services???
