Does the member list of UsernameTokenManager really have seven "[To be
supplied]" items? Hopefully this is a result of having a couple files from
the TP littering my HD. (Yup, I uninstalled the TP before installing RTM.)

This is unfortunately an error in the docs. Thanks for finding this issue. I
filed this issue and it should get fixed in later releases.

Here's an instance not of missing data, but of a pretty confusing mistake
(from <messaging> help):

Example
The following code example specifies that a delay occurs when send or
receive buffers are not full.
<messaging>
<transports>
<add scheme="soap.tcp" >
<defaultPort value="8081" />
</add>
</transports>
</messaging>
