the code made it into the OpenNETCF 1.2 Release yesterday.

it has been updated for WSE 2.0 and supports WS-Addressing, WS-Attachments,
WS-Security, WS-SecureConversation.
i've got an article (with client-side code) that shows how to call every WSE
sample (except Kerberos) that i need to get online too.
