Does .Net compact framework 2.0 supports MTOM web service client?
For instance, sending an image file from pocket pc to a web service server
with MTOM enabled.

AFAIK, MTOM will be part of WCF (aka Indigo). I read somewhere that
Microsoft intended to include WCF support on .NET Compact Framework 2.0.
However, (as I also read), there is not a public announced date indicating
when that will occur.
