dotnet windows forms:
Hello,

I'd like to implement the ability to display all tool tips for a given
set of controls based on whether a check box is checked or unchecked.

Currently the tool tip only appears when the mouse is over the control
and then disappears after an elapse time.

ToolTips can be created and siplayed manually. See:
