dotnet windows forms : about MDIContainer's AutoScroll and background image

Hi, all

I have a question when I use form as MDIContainer
when I move a MDIChild out of edge of MDIContainer,
the Container's Scroll bar appear(yet "AutoScroll" property is "False"),
and the Container's background image look like error!!

How can I disable auto scroll of the Container or
How can I make the background image look like good ?
