Using the mousewheel

Hello,

I try to use the mousewheel in a user control to to scroll in a pannel where
I draw with GDI+ .

due to the fact that a pannel don't has focus, I have no mousewheel event at
my dispositon. Is there a work around?

Someone has an idee?
