Missing C# Code Snippets -- dotnet windows forms designtime

dotnet windows forms designtime : Missing C# Code Snippets

Trying to generate the necessary methods in order to implement an interface,
I'm given the error that they are missing! Indeed in Code Snippet Manager
there is nothing under c#, though VB has many.

How can I add the necessary snippets ?

And.. If, as me.. You find that when you go into the Tools menu, you find
no "Code Snippets Manager" - You can add it in with "Customize" under the
Tools menu. ;)

I know it sounds extreme, but have you tried to repair or reinstall VS.

Tried this, but during installation I'm getting "No registered snippet
locations" and then when I continue, "Install skipped" on every snippet.
