How to compile a program in VB.NET?

I am really beginner in programming. I would like to compile a program in
VB.NET, but I don't know how to do it. I have just put some buttons, text
boxes, datagrid and picturebox on form.

Hi all,
During the COM age, Microsoft's policy was against implementation
inheritance.
Now, it turns 180 degrees and all the .NET Framework relies heavily on
implementation inheritance.

Visual Studio .NET installation problem (can't uninstall old installation)

I'm trying to get visual studio installed, but
unfortunately it says I need to uninstall the previous
version. It's impossible to actually run any uninstall
script or anything from the old installation because the
hard drive array it was on suffered a massive failure and
