VS.Net Set Up error ... -- dotnet general

Hi,
I am installing VS.Net Enterprise Architect, and during installation I
receive this error in the error log file .... in the 4th cd ....
[09/24/03,20:21:54] Visual Studio .NET Enterprise Architect - English: [2]
ERROR: Error 1911.Could not register type library for file C:\Program
Files\Microsoft Visual Studio .NET\Common7\IDE\VsWizard.dll. Contact your
support personnel.
***EndOfSession***

Any idea why is this happenin ?? As I am unable to create New Project in
..Net IDE :( .. Please help as this is my 3rd clean installation and I am
really stuck ...

I shut down both my anit virus software and my firewall until I completed
the install.
Prior to that I couldn't get pass the 4th disk in my case.
