dotnet general : .Net framework 1.1 SP1 (distributed app)

Hi all,

When a distributed app. is compiled on a machine with the SP1 do need every
machine where the app. will run the SP1?

u need dotnetfix to run older version . Xp and window server 2000 u
don't need that
