I do not know, but I saw that you have to install things before you can do
this.

However this sample is VBclassic, for that are other newsgroups than the
dotnet groups.
(I do not know if the soaptoolkit group where you also to crossposted is
active).

The vb classics group are (there are more)
microsoft.public.vb *

By the way there is nothing wrong that you posted to this newsgroups, only
this is not really the stuff done in this way in the two dotnet newsgroups
you where posted to now, so you will have probably more luck in those
vb.classic newsgroups.

but when i browse to
http://localhost/nwind2/soap?wsdl

i get the error
The page cannot be found
The page you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed,
or is temporarily unavailable.

what am i doing wrong.
