Is the .NET CLR available for the Commodore Vic20? My company is
standardizing on this platform.

It's just like you, Michael, living in the past. It is time to grow up and
use adult machines like Dell and HP and IBM instead of little kids machines.

Microsoft recently anounced support for the VIC20, among several other platforms, including the Apple II and the Casio calculator watch.

This new version is scheduled to be released in the fall of 2012. Microsoft developers are currently trying to improve the load time of the CLR on these machines, which is currently running about 47 days.

Hi Michael,

Net requires W98, Me, NT4 with servicepack 6, NT5 or higher, there are as
well thirth party frameowrks like GoMono. However I do not believe those
will work on the Commodore Vic 20.

We are talking about the same computer I assume?
