You should be able to use Orca... which is part of the Windows Installer SDK

Windows Installer SDK (x86)

Hi

How do I extract the version of an assembly inside a msi-file?
Is there any "easy" way of getting all kinds of information out of a
msi-file, like build date, manufacturer, contained files, dependencies etc
.... ?
