Is dotnet essential for installing tv-videocards? Posted by P.Jayant at 9/3/2005 12:00:00 AM ATI insists that dotnet 1.1 Must be installed for using several of the
recent videocards of ATI. As a simple user of TV program capture
functionality, I would like to understand what in dotnet is so essential for
doing video capture or tv tuning? Sorry for being so ignorant.
