Expressions.

Really thorough, with lots of relevant examples. I even downloaded a
trial version of RegexBuddy to have even more fun learning...

Also, Cerebrus mentioned RegexBuddy, which is inexpensive, and has a very
nice tutorial and reference, not to mention excellent tools. I believe it
costs about $30.00.
