outlook express -- dotnet general

dotnet general : outlook express

please help I dont want to use outlook express and I have an msn e-mail and
want to use that but everytime I try to send an email outlook comes up how do
I stop this from happening ????

You should ask that in somewhere like
microsoft.public.outlookexpress.general because this group is about the .NET
framework, not email.

This is a .Net Programming newsgroup. You need to find one that is
pertinent to your problem. Please look for a group with "Outlook Express"
or "MSN" in the description.
